Inclusion statement

The Guild of Carillonneurs in North America (GCNA) is committed to the human rights and respect of all its members. We affirm the dignity of all persons, regardless of ability, age, employment status, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, medical condition, military status, nationality, professional specialization, race, religion, sexual orientation, size, or socioeconomic status.1

We strive to be a community that values a diversity of perspectives and recognizes that the contributions of all members can broaden and strengthen the carillon art. We are working to realize a fully inclusive GCNA by embedding the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our policies and practices, and cultivating a shared sense of responsibility to build and maintain an inclusive culture that allows every participant to contribute and thrive.
